Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Site-Based Commissioning & Startup of Power Plant and Sub-Systems
Key Responsibilities:
– Energize Low Voltage (LV) cubicles and conduct comprehensive loop checks to ensure system integrity.
– Perform testing and calibration of electro-pneumatic valves to guarantee optimal performance.
– Conduct thorough testing of flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
– Execute startup procedures for electrical pumps and motors, including solo runs and load testing to validate performance.
– Verify and simulate Siemens PLC digital and analog input/output connectivity to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
– Proven experience in commissioning and startup processes in power plant environments.
– Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
